Your auction software should work
where you work.
Barns. Fields. Farmhouse driveways with one bar of signal. BidPeak runs your entire sale — lot catalog, bidder registration, live clerking, checkout, and settlement — right on your laptop, with no internet at all. Buy it once and own it forever.
Interface preview
A live sale, start to hammer
This is the clerking screen auctioneers spend the whole sale on. Watch a lot open, take bids, sell, and print a receipt — with the network unplugged the entire time.
Note: this is an animated illustration of the BidPeak interface, not screen-recorded footage. A full video walkthrough of the live software ships with launch.

Why BidPeak is different
Built around the way rural sales actually run
Most auction software was designed for an office with good WiFi, then sold to people working out of a barn. We started from the opposite end.
-
Offline is the default, not a mode
There is no "offline fallback" to switch on and no feature that quietly stops working. Every core function — clerking, registration, checkout, settlement, printing — runs with the network completely unplugged. Cloud sync exists, but it is strictly optional.
-
Buy it once. Own it forever.
A one-time license instead of a monthly bill that grows every renewal and takes a bite out of every commission check. Your copy keeps running whether or not you ever pay us again.
-
Your records stay on your machine
An encrypted database file on your own laptop — not a row in someone else's cloud. Export the whole thing to CSV or QuickBooks whenever you like. Nobody can hold your sale history hostage over a lapsed invoice.
-
Two or three clerks, no cloud server
Extra clerk stations join over a local network you create on-site. Bids land on the host in real time, with no router-to-internet hop in the middle. Multi-ring sales stay in sync in the middle of a field.
-
Receipts and settlements print on-site
Thermal buyer receipts, bidder labels, and consignor settlement statements print at the sale — not back at the office three hours later. Buyers leave paid and settled the same day.
-
A phone number that gets answered
The support number sits in the footer of every single screen in the software, because when a sale is running you do not have time to hunt through a help center. A real person picks up.
How it compares
BidPeak vs. typical cloud auction software
A general comparison against the subscription, cloud-hosted tools most auctioneers are using today.
| BidPeak | Typical cloud auction software | |
|---|---|---|
| Runs with no internet | Yes — every core feature | No — needs a live connection |
| How you pay | One-time license | Monthly, indefinitely |
| Where your data lives | Encrypted, on your laptop | The vendor's servers |
| If you stop paying | Software keeps working | Access ends |
| Multi-clerk sync | Local network, on-site | Via the internet |
| Export your records | CSV / QuickBooks, anytime | Varies — often limited |
| Backups | Automatic to a USB drive | Vendor-controlled |
| Hardware | The Windows laptop you own | Varies |
Comparison describes the common subscription/cloud model in this category generally, not any one named vendor. Final BidPeak pricing and packaging are announced at launch.
Sale day
Three steps, start to settled
-
Catalog before you leave
Enter consignors and lots at the office, print your contracts and bidder labels, and load the sale onto your laptop. Everything you need travels with the machine.
-
Run the sale anywhere
Register bidders at the gate, clerk the ring, and take payments — with no signal required. Extra clerk stations join over a local network you bring with you.
-
Settle before you drive home
Print buyer receipts and consignor settlement statements on-site, then export the whole sale to your accounting software when you are back in range.
Launch list
Be first through the gate
BidPeak is finishing up with a small group of working auctioneers. Tell us a little about your operation and we will let you know the moment it is available — and we will reach out first when beta seats open.
- We email you at launch. That is the whole point of this list.
- No spam, no drip sequence, no selling your details on.
- The more you tell us about your sales, the better we build for them.

Questions
Straight answers
When does BidPeak actually launch?
A small group of working auctioneers is running it at real sales now. Once it has held up across a full season of those, it opens up more widely. Everyone on this list gets emailed first — and gets first call on beta seats before then.
Do I really not need internet?
Correct. Not for clerking, not for registration, not for checkout, settlement, or printing. The rule we build against is that no core feature may require a connection. Optional extras like cloud backup use the internet when you have it, and simply sit idle when you do not.
What will it cost?
It is a one-time license rather than a monthly subscription, with optional add-ons if you want phone support or cloud backup. Exact figures are announced at launch — join the list and you will have them before anyone else.
What computer do I need?
The Windows 10 or 11 laptop you already own is fine. If you would rather not use your own machine, there is a small pre-configured mini PC option that arrives ready to run.
How do multiple clerks work without a network?
You bring the network with you. The host laptop creates a local WiFi network on-site and clerk stations connect straight to it. Bids sync between them in real time. Nothing leaves the field, and no internet connection is involved at any point.
What happens to my data if I stop paying, or you disappear?
Your licensed copy keeps running, and your sale records are an encrypted database file on your own laptop the whole time. You can export everything to CSV or QuickBooks whenever you want. There is no switch we can flip that takes your history away from you.
Can I get help during a sale?
Yes — the support phone number is printed in the footer of every screen in the software, so you never have to go looking for it mid-ring.
